What are the lease terms? +

Boysen Townhomes offers a lease from July through June 2027. Orcutt Townhomes is a one-year lease starting July 1, 2026 through July 30, 2027.

How close is the property to Cal Poly? +

Boysen Townhomes is just a 5-minute drive, 6-minute bike ride, or 15-minute walk to Cal Poly. Orcutt is about 10 minutes by car and 27 minutes by bike.

How do I schedule a tour? +
